I don’t mean to question the microeconomics of it because I’m not a highly successful businessman like Trump, but shouldn’t the pardons cost more than the US citizenship cards?

As a math teacher, I'm genuinely concerned about the numerical literacy in this administration. My middle schoolers grasp 'cost-benefit analysis' better than this.
You can be sure that all the foreigners that will buy a gold card to have an American citizenship will be criminals truing to avoid justice. So the gold card includes also a pardon this is why it is more expensive. America welcomes criminals as long as they have money so they need to be successful.
I think he’s setting this up for a bundle discount. Set the price of a pardon at $1 million. You pay $5 million to become a US citizen, and your first pardon is free.
So reality stars who don't pay taxes & defraud banks of $30 million, deposit some money somewhere in a bank account with Trump on it, and you're off scott-free.

You can sell pardons to the same person multiple times, but you can only sell them citizenship once. I predict that in the near future 💩stain and the MAGA Party will open a subscription service which only accepts Grifter meme coins. Membership gets you priority access to pardons and DoJ favors.
