Here it is. The Supreme Court kneecaping the use of the Judiciary to hold the Trump administration accountable and slow down unconstitutional impoundment. The obvious implication here is that in a direct impoundment case they will follow through on strong form unitary executive theory and back it.

And now that Trump’s implementing so many party goals, they have to support him even if he’s doing so lawlessly.
