I prefer legalized sports betting over the legalized not sports bettering we have in Wisconsin.
We have a "Pick em Contest" where you pick whether a set of played go higher or lower on their game stats and win more based on how many you get right.
I'm not super stoked on the proliferation of sports gambling. I'd think I would be like it's my money, it's my life. People get addicted to shopping etc but sports gambling is somehow different
The biggest mistake the leagues, in all sports, made is partnering with the bookies. It will end up ruining the whole idea of being a fan. And the sad thing is, they were all making buckets of money without it.
My dad gambled away my sister’s college fund. Other stories passed down of him winning a big $ tournament, hopping on next flight to Vegas and losing the prize $ by morning.
All the talk in the world won't save these souls. I was deeply immersed in this 30 years ago. Quitting is as tough as stopping the niccy sigs. Probably tougher now with all the ads.
The real problem will be the incentive for College and Professional Sports to cheat. The money will make it worth the risk. MLB dodged a bullet when the flunky translator fell on his sword to protect their asset, Shonhei O.
Yeah, I joke about it, but thank god I have avoided sports gambling. I like having my team that I want to win, being upset when they lose, but not losing anything more than pride.

It's just unregulated parlays.
I don’t want to talk about the parlay he’s got riding right now. They’re going to lose that house y’all.
Have a nacho and enjoy the game instead.
We all have our dark spots on our resumes. It's like lawyers who defend people accused of horrible crimes.
