But the Constitution does *not* require members of Congress to attend a Presidential address to a joint session of Congress. It’s as optional as Donald’s wedding vows
I can make a damn good argument why EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE is true.
I want the Dems to wear the colors if Ukraine, even have a 🇺🇦 as a scarf or tie.
