Been there, myself.
Yeah, a musician that has struggled with drinking?
Shocking, I know.

I told myself it didn't count if I wasn't day drinking.
But it was still hell on my body.

Drinking even triggered my Chron's eventually.
Which took a year to tamp back down.

Advice: Wean with Weed & Ween.
