What’s going to replace it?
Of course UBC decided it wasn’t good enough for Faculty to use internally, so they spent a small fortune designing their own system. Which failed.

I definitely get the Canadian priority thing, this just seems more exclusionary.
Please tell me this will help in stealing American scholars as they escape the madness.
