I have mixed feelings about this, and am considering a similar protest in June. It exposes the ignorance of transphobes and such. At the same time, I’m not a woman because I’ve had surgery, and none of us are safe unless all of us are safe.

Yeah I think I need to do a video about this. The point is that you cannot tell who has and hasn't had surgery, or who is trans or not. But the laws even affect cases like this

Never really understood the trans issue, feels like a made up attack by those that are anti-trans to hide their prejudice For me the lie at the centre of this is that somehow a woman’s sign on a toilet somehow prevents rapists. As soon as you accept that as stupid, the rest falls away quickly.

It was a brave thing to share, you are a beautiful young woman regardless of the ridiculous contortions the law has to be twisted in, to deny that reality.

I'm from the UK, but live in Australia. We're doing what we can to act against importing this hate, and what we can to help people there too.
