Sorry, I really am asking this with the lightest of hearts, are you calling the priest’s collar a dog collar for kinky reasons or did you see it as an actual dog collar? Because either way, I’m loving the vibe.
The individual episodes can be hit or miss (like any anthology series) but overall, I’m a fan of the Love Death and Robots series. Some very, very good stuff in the mix.
It was originally meant to be an adaptation of it (of the movie in particular) but there were rights issues so eventually they decided to make it its own thing. A good call, imo.
Then that was a good thing because as much as I loved the original magazine, the movie was a big disappointment. I mean, John Candy as the voice of Den? Gimme a break! 🤨
The artwork in the magazines blew me away.
I looked into the link between HM and LD&R, and now I'm disappointed we can only wonder what Guillermo del Toro might have contributed.
