The trick with finding good medical information online is it's not like opening a dictionary and finding the definition to your ailment. The secret is finding the correct data is more like playing a slot machine in Nevada's "Las Vegas" you have to keep jamming the keys until it does something good.
I've heard that if you mainline potatoes for a month it causes an off by one error and you can eat at a calory defecit from then on. I'm joking wouldn't it be funny if that worked? (I'm not joking)
My goal in life is to be physically active enough so that I don't have to worry about what I eat. Sadly, I discovered that in order to not gain weight from the amount of food I eat, I'd had to be a triathlon competitor.

The other end of it is influencers needing to figure out how to keep making content out of what amounts to, "lift the heavy things and flap your legs often".
Right, the first thing you should probably try to do is to not be impatient, losing weight takes a lot of time, but its doable in a comfortable way. You don't need to cut everything you like out of your life, just.. there's a few options on what to put in your body and picking good ones will help.

People ask me if I like any fitness content creators and I'm like... what new thing is there to learn?
