Ryan Reynolds hasn't played in any Bible epics and I say he could play either Pontius Pilate or John the Dipper (Baptist) and be credible. Hugh Jackman is Lazarus in my dreams, and for you God I think that's an open casting call, and who do you want to play YOU, and do you look like your pic?
I just want a young god who could pass unnoticed in a crowd but would send off a surge of electricity to let you know you are in his presence. What about Richard Gere's son Homer? That way Richard Gere who played David (god's favorite son before his other favorite son) and he did a good job.
Eww! I spend most of my time glad that we live in a world without mutants and Powers because there would definitely be capitalism ruling its ugly head to try to exploit that.
It would be a weird time if people actually addressed some trauma. Weird in that people would be able to emotionally regulate and think with critical and ethical integrity.
That's what should have happened during Covid pandemic... but nooo, they were all like "I need my haircut!" "I need to go to the gym!" "I need to go shopping for nonessential items!" 😒
There is so much to unpack with trauma and then life just hits them again… I never worry about being out of work.. I actively work with my clients… the goal is to heal

Thanks for explaining that to me! 👍🏾
It's not comfortable, but it opens the door to self-understanding, growth, and wholeness that can't be accessed any other way.
Or, more accurately, WTF.
