A full 29% of the land in 191 districts we mapped is parking. That's 4,327 acres of parking or over 630,000 parking spaces.
630,000 spaces IN JUST TOWN CENTERS AND TRANSIT STOPS!

Well hey it turns out that our two “centers” have an insane amount of parking.
I get it, but is it a good use of land to provide free car storage to random out of state or out of town residents passing through in a downtown? Clearly not
