I'm building my little indoor greenhouse today. I have peas, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, radishes, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and lettuce.
I am watching videos to learn to preserve the food better than I have in the past. One tip: buy your canning supplies early.

The old books about setting up "Victory gardens" still are helpful, as how-to references.
Just make sure you have climate information which is up to date, regarding when to plant in your region.
I've thought about it but not sure how to get started.

I dry herbs, tomatoes, fruit. If I can fit it in the dehydrator, it’s getting dried.
Onion sets get planted in March.
They are cheap and need very little care.
