I received the full childhood vaccine schedule and am not immunocompromised, which means, according to many doctors I've seen quoted, I can assume I'm protected for life and I didn't even need this titer test. But I got the titer test anyway, and holy shit I've scheduled an MMR booster for 5pm today

I'd had mumps as a kid. Missed measles, had that vaccine. Not taking chances. Adult measles is dangerous.
We got herded into the high school gym and everyone got the attenuated virus vaccination.
Titers are great if you have other blood work to get done or have medical reasons to make a vaccine a last resort.
No brainer.
Also, get a booster for whooping cough. Learned the hard way when son was a junior in HS that by then the vaccine loses strength.
