Noel could have done it (and basically did in other forms later) - could easily have been a bit of Late, Late Breakfast Show or House Party rather than on its own. I think what I'm really saying is either literally anyone else or don't bother.

Yeah, although I think Noel would have done it, dare I say, with a little bit of 'yeah I really am great' (though in fairness perhaps not early on) whereas I think there are those who would have been a bit more selfless about it.
