Was literally talking to the union representing federal air traffic controllers earlier today about how there’s already a major shortage of air traffic controllers and the resignation offers they all just got from OPM could seriously endanger public safety.

FAA will struggle with staffing issues.
Repukes are excrement-level deplorables!
Or so they hope, I suspect a lack of ATCs would impact them too, and probably deal a hit to the economy too.
People died.
It should be clear who is accountable. Reparations are honorable. I’m not gonna forget that

They are a rare and special breed for sure.
They do this on the railroad and it’s beyond dangerous after weeks of this grueling schedule.
Why are they still running short handed?
RR didn’t want to pay for another employees medical insurance.
From now on he’s in charge, it’s all his fault
I would think it would be clear not to encroach on the landing and takeoff zone.
Are we sure they haven’t all been fired or forced to take buyouts?
Not trying to make light of this tragedy—honestly, it’s a concern.

All they offered was a ‘deferred resignation’ where you may or may not work leading up to it
These are high-stress positions, they always need more help and support not more cutbacks.
What the hell was a black hawk helicopter doing in the same airspace?
help me understand, jason. what’s your motivation in posting this? what about “atc are dumb maga, hurr” advances your cause or public safety? why are you making up stories?
Thank you for reporting as you heard it heard it ❤️

Spain was described as backwards post Franco. We will become just as insular. Project 2025 is the ninth iteration of the Mandate for Leadership. Heritage will complete what it began with Reagan.

This level of dangerous incompetence is pointing out the lethality of this moment.
Are we in a death match with a corporation?
It's disappointing that President Trump's overeager cuts to the FAA directly led to tonight's unnecessary deaths. Policies signed by this president have endangered soldiers and families. We need a safer America than this administration cares to ensure.
Stop Trump today
w/ the passenger plane.
From the video of the collision it looks like the
helicopter ran into the back of the plane that was making it's landing decent.
A few minutes before landing, air traffic controllers asked the arriving commercial jet if it could land on the shorter Runway 33 at Reagan National and the pilots said they were able.
Trump blaming air traffic controllers.
Trump looks to be trying to outdo Reagan, by getting rid of them all. He'll probably tell airlines they have to hire & pay for air traffic control...
From security to
craft being in violations
at ridiculous speed’s
flying too low & too close together.
They destroyed the FAA under Reagan.
Shocking we know. 😏
