It's legitimately great that Amir is being recognized for the good he's doing in the industry to help laid off gamedevs, but it's also like those "cute" stories about teachers working a second job to pay for school supplies. The root of the issue is still festering all over the industry.

Both are good but it souldnt be up to individuals to fix this
This is everywhere. Workers (of all collars…) are being laid off while upper management and C-suite get raises.
Unacceptable, name and shame the ones who cause the issues don’t just jump to platform them the next second
