A few years ago, the Expertisecentrum Literair Vertalen had a special mentorship for 13 novice translators of color from English into Dutch who worked on the story collection LOT by Bryan Washington:

It was very interesting because they worked together with the publisher who held the rights, so all of them were published as part of/an outcome of the mentorship.

This was all in the wake of the colossal mess regarding the translator for Amanda Gorman's work into Dutch (and other languages).
