Obviously, this explicitly goes against what the Trump administration said in its Executive Order - "to faithfully advances the Constitution’s promise of colorblind equality before the law." Disgusting capitulation. I hope lawyers are lining up to help these students. Cynics are happy to laugh at the quaint notion of legal accountability, but this even goes against the spirit of the EO that set this off. And we have to use all means to make noise about this at least.
