News from CNN's John Miller just now -- police have found the suspect's backpack during their second search of Central Park tonight. It was near the merry-go-round.

Many people seem to think the third of the three D's, Depose stands for depositions. My theory is it's the other meaning...de·pose

"he had been deposed by a military coup"
So, we’re to believe: nobody can find this guy, it was meticulously planned—including messaging on the bullets, nobody anywhere can name this guy, but a *checks notes* second sweep of the park turned up “his” backpack. There’s ZERO chance this isn’t planted. C’mon.
"The game is afoot!" shouted NYPD lead detective Sherlock Sfogliatta, triumphantly brandishing the backpack while balancing precariously on a nearby seesaw- NYT
In a world so full of exploitations of the common folks' miseries we probably might easily loses touch who is the real victim and who is the real villian
Recall the father who killed the man who was SA his son? The DA didn't bring charges because they knew they'd never get a jury to convict. Would the same happen in this case?
Kaitlan, no one cares that this guy was shot. Stop with this obsession and report on the thousands of people that this A-hole condems to death over profits. Make a difference and stop being a mouthpiece for the elites.
CNN, MSNBC, FOX, just like UHC, they all profit from our misery and bullshit us all day long to divide us so we don't focus on how we're all getting fucked by the oligarchs. I can't believe I just said this. I think the denial of life on Wednesday has opened my eyes. It's almost like Wednesday was 💯
The murder of a business executive is awful. However, let these executives, companies and legislators live in fear until there are wholesale changes to how healthcare is administered in this country. Report on the thousands of medical bankruptcies and deaths due to insurance denials you cretin.
No one should live in fear of violence. Legal accountability-yes. Voters bought into a for profit health model that limits care. We could have robust Medicare for every citizen/ we have the revenue, what we don’t have is the will of the people.
I support robust universal care, but to say this individual’s mission was to harm people is a stretch. Why blame a CEO for Americans unwillingness to vote in their own interest. What’s next, fun down claims adjusters? We’re becoming as vile as Trump.
Understood, I don’t have proof to counter a suspicion for which there is also no proof- I’m speaking of what was in his heart, not how for profit health insurance harms society-you’ll get no argument from me on that. I still don’t condone murder.
Mmmmm sorry but there is this time. Things are different. This guy oversaw an ai that was inaccurate 90% of the time. His company denies claims a third of the time. He's not an innocent victim. It's amazing it took this long for something like this to happen.
Same with death penalty but I will say it is possible to hold 2 thoughts at the same time and that is even how it was couched - life isn’t black and white
doesn't seem materially different than the execs in China who added melamine to baby formula to fake higher protein content, killing babies and hospitalizing over 54,000. China executed 2 + life sentences to 3 others. No such accountability here, so people inevitably take it into their own hands.
No love lost here. We watched my mom deal with being given poor care in a nursing home. She and my Dad were middle class, had a home, worked all their lives to be treated with neglect at end of life. Why? For-profit nursing care homes and insurance companies.
The food is horrible and was rated f by some watch dog. They told me I'm not allowed to bring any outside food. I asked his doctor any restriction on food, he said there wasn't any restrictions on bringing any food, but I have to abide by the managers rules.
Do wish there was a better verification system, especially with the increasing amount of whack-a-mole blocking imposter accounts taking over this place lately.
The devs are working on some additional identity signals to make genuine accounts stand out, and they've also just quadrupled the moderation team and have started taking down impersonators much quicker
This guy has been pretty savvy in his moves so far.
He seems to know what he’s doing, I’ll bet this backpack either yields no information or is a plant by anyone who has ever had to deal with health insurance and doesn’t want to see him caught. He’s def got a cheering section.
I think he may be to savvy to just dump a backpack. Why would he do that? In Central Park none the less? If he's gonna take the time to carve words into bullet casings wouldn't that backpack be buried somewhere by now.
It makes me ill to think people would cheer a cold blooded murder. Every murderer thinks they have cause. I imagine it’s the 2 children left behind disagree. Our health system is our fault. We don’t have enough citizens voting let alone voting in their best interest.
Wonder if someone paid for the hit or if it was a disgruntlement situation. Maybe a family member was disgruntled. I like that word. A lot of disappointed people of it wasn’t what we all think it is.
How about reminding everyone that this CEO was not going into a conference to let people know how many lives they’d saved but to tell investors how much money that’s made.
I wouldn't go that far yet, but if enough people start paying attention...🤗
Odd that we shoot one man in the streets for his treatment of regular folks, and then we elect another man to the presidency who shares the very same outlook 🤔
I thought for sure the backpack was gonna be his undoing. Regardless if he gets caught or not at this point, managing to make it to day 4 without an ID in 2024 having carried this out in NYC is absolutely remarkable
If the murder of a CEO whose business model leads to pain for consumers makes bigger headlines than children being slaughtered in school for the crime of educating oneself society certainly has a problem I think we can agree.

“United healthcare tried to deny coverage to a chronically ill patient” for one such investigation. Where an insurance company thinks it has more medical expertise than the doctors.
(Sorry can’t get to the real link at the moment)
In October, a Senate panel report found UnitedHealthcare’s denial rate for post-acute care "surged from 10.9 percent in 2020, to 16.3 percent in 2021, to 22.7 percent in 2022."
Seems hard to believe that they found a backpack after days of it just sitting near a high traffic area. Could be anyone’s. These cops have nothing and once this guy gets caught - I’m sure there will be sympathetic jurors that will give him a lighter sentence
Well you know they probably had to go to 6 or 7 stores to find a backpack that looked close enough to pass off as the one the dude had on…and with holiday shopping it’s going to be even longer
They sure are going through a lot of trouble to find one person who killed one person in a city where almost 1000 people were shot in 2023. Why don't they do a manhunt every time? Why is this one so special?
The real question is will they show a pic of said backpack that they found? I’ve seen photos of this guy w/ two different colors of backpacks. So I’m def not going to trust a pic provided by the media because it’s likely to be fake just like the rest of the garbage coming from mainstream media.
I noticed that too. I was wondering how they know this is the same guy. One picture has a mask with a beige backpack and the other he has his whole face showing and a black backpack.
He saw himself as someone to protect the little ones because he couldn’t protect his brother who died. The part near the end at the carousel near the end of the book…
I'm not condoning murder, but I wonder why these guys are always so sloppy. First thing I'd do is change clothes somewhere out of sight of CCTV, ditch the bike and take alternate transportation.
Stories that deserve more airtime than a CEO being shot:
1. Schoolchildren being shot.
2. The tens of thousands of people who died because of United Health illegally denying claims.
3. The fascist regime in Hungary and CPAC's bromance.
I can add
Russian influence in US elections
Russian infiltration in political party
America's path to anarchy
Americans face on the world stage
Global power games and US part in it
👆🏼each of those alone deserves endless coverage. And I’ll add the attack on the US dollar by foreign adversaries (Russia, et al) via cryptocurrency - the goal is to undermine the dollar as the global reserve currency, etc.
Gray, blue, “khaki“, can all look very similar, depending on lighting conditions and color temperature. But the backpack strap definitely does not seem like the one from the shooting video.

I didn't hear any helicoptors in this area, at all.
UWS. Central Park.
It was "unusual"
Helicoptors/Crime - NORMAL

So,he took it off and took time to get on the Merry Go Round and just simply forgot it apparently🤔.
I’m quite sure he’s not coming back to pick it up🤔🤣🤣🤣.
He is toast. If they actually catch him alive.🤔.

States will shut down nursing homes if the care doesn't meet criteria.
I'm glad you're here. I stopped watching CNN since election night.
I am concerned about Trump. His bipolar, impulsive bad judgement is getting worse, especially with his troubled cabinet picks.😳
Proof: all his shitty picks in first term that he fired or left.
I’d bet “Law & Order” is already drafting its episode on the CEO murder.
I am looking forward to Laura Coates live show for new and exclusive news

Don't expect much public help in finding Robin Hood.
Also, what color is it.
And emphasize how grotesque that is
Odd that we shoot one man in the streets for his treatment of regular folks, and then we elect another man to the presidency who shares the very same outlook 🤔
I'm more in favour of justice.

What a farce CNN is.
Here’s a welcome song for you!

Anyone else think it's odd the wife went public about vague threats but they were never reported.

Bama - 3 wins against current ranked team. Three losses.
A very specific backpack.
