An hour a day.
Whatever you can do. Break a sweat.
And make that hour religious. It must be done.
Whatever it takes. Move.

Periodically role your eyes/neck, look out the window, stretch in different directions, self massage wherever there's tension (SHUT UP DUNCAN!), breath exercises, balance on one leg, switch your dominant hand, ANYTHING!

Especially the getting up off the floor part.
I admit, it does change how you feel - makes ya feel better.
