A paper which concluded that Vitamin A had no effect on reducing deaths from measles, only secondary pneumonia and only in severe Vit A deficient populations, which is not the US
When the paper mentions "Severe Vitamin A deficiency", it's talking about populations in West Africa & Asia, where nutritious foods are scarce.
Not the US, where Vitamin A rich foods are abundant and even fortified with Vitamin A.
