So here is what appears to be going on…

This “pause” should be evident in Reporter data over the next week, but I posted about the beginning of it yesterday.
This is now ending because “NIH” has put a process in place to evaluate grants.

Since the POs and GMSs are colleagues, this is likely causing the POs to be cautious in pushing anything forward.

I feel badly for POs but at least they know what they're reading and are unlikely to do stupid things, like target "inclusion criteria" in clinical trials. Nixing OUS trial sites will get push back.
