It’s not the foot of snow that has us worried, it’s the Arctic air that is forecast for this week.
Family is checking on ferals. Also buttoned up the feral housing and confirmed that the warmers are working in the houses.
There are 3 houses in this grid work. The cage is made from a coated wire grid that locks together in any configuration. Original purpose was to contain the 24 kittens & their feral mothers until they were old enough to be neutered. Cage had to be large enough to allow a person in. Read Alt text.
I'm not waiting we've already got a couple inches and it's ugly but I can see the kitty waiting they don't have to go out in it either LOL Kitty and I have the good life staying in throughout the entire snow storm🤣
Then I shoveled off the deck, made her a path into the yard and carried her out and she turned right around and came back in, shaking the snow off her paws.
Waiting here too. I have 4 inside kitties and take care of 7 outside neighborhood cats. They are warm and snuggly in heated boxes they have heat lamps and heated water bowls. But I hate winter for them.
I was chosen by the kitties outside….when one had kittens in my shed. Then another came and another. Which led to getting them fixed and vaccinated and finding homes for the kittens. I couldn’t have done it without the help of a wonderful rescue group. 😅
We're only supposed to get 4" here, but we're already in lock-down mode.
The newest cat got to see snow for the first time, yesterday. (The dog brought some in with her). The kitty pawed at it, then picked it up to sniff and lick. It was pretty adorable. 😍
Missy, with your face, you should be an on-air cable host. I could see you reacting to all kinds of ridiculous statements from guests with that, "I can't believe you said that, but I'll be polite" expression.
That's a precious picture of your little baby there! I live in Missouri and where I live we were warned about the storm except it never materialized so no snow! Thank you for sharing that with me, Linda
My family and I are struggling to survive in worn-out tents. We're cold, hungry, and scared. We need help to get through this. Please share and consider donating. Every little bit helps. https://gofund.me/bc205d8f

The kittens got lots of playtime outside the cage, in the yard, as well.
Oh, heyya. The spots I am looking to buy or rent are all TWO pets friendly.
Oldest cat, special needs and a foster gunna be taken up for a Bright Furture (get it? fur-ture!).
She'd also like a full liter of Churu while she's waiting for the snow please.
It is a good day for cuddles and tea, though.
