Power Rangers is kinda like the 4Kids dumbed down version of Super Sentai (which is another franchise)

Kamen Rider is usually a bit more mature with the themes/drama (and even some +18 stuff sometimes), and the fight scenes are 🔥🔥

No, every season is a self contained story, in it's own universe. There are a few crossover here and there, but they're usually not canon

So you can basically start at any season!

Gavv is airing now every week, but shows like Kamen Rider Geats and Kamen Rider Build are good choices for newcomers!

Typically the only links we get between seasons are a crossover movie for the current season and the one that came before it. There's also sometimes full franchise team ups, also strictly movies.

If TV show does the crossover, it's likely part of the theming that year for an anniversary.

Recent seasons with notable female riders: Kamen Rider Zero One and Kamen Rider Geats.
