This is the biggest leap forward in a long time for simulating a CRT on a modern display. Even the 120hz demo (if you have a 120hz monitor) is incredible. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this open source code hacks the human eyeball into perceiving smooth movement.

Yeesh, Hakita going too hard as usual. Episode 3 is still a ways off, but apparently Ultrakill will now have NG+ remixed levels with high-level enemies and even new aesthetics, music, etc By the time this leaves early access it's going to be a JUGGERNAUT. So many user-made projects in the works too

Last year the earliest known build of Windows NT, the April '91 build, was randomly uploaded by Jeff Parsons on GitHub. It only ran on an internal MIPS R3000 dev board at Microsoft, but I managed to get it to run by porting some firmware and doing a custom machine in MAME:
