Obviously, I agree re: Tesla here. I also agree that much of the U.S. is expensive. But there's nuance on the 2nd point: while many sectors in the U.S., such as tech & large industrials, are very expensive, there are others, such as healthcare, staples, materials, etc. which aren't vs. history.
