I think Dems should not go to the Joint Session Congressional address next week. (Term of art for SOTUs given in first year of a term.) Just don't show up.

I'd rather they Boo as a group every time he lies, and then have one person walk out. Demonstrate the scale of the lying with your bodies. Each Dem who leaves gives a press-conference to discuss the one lie that they left, in order to highlight that specific lie. Count walkouts and count the lies.
