And I think that’s one of the things that makes a Christmas party more fun now. It’s been almost 4 years, as I feel like I can invest in these people, I can do the things my bosses did, like pay for drinks and leave at a respectable time before someone embarrasses themselves 😂

We have a close knit team that all get on. The party is an opportunity for us to all let our hair down.

Usually some funny stories that crop up and often the reception team have dragged everyone to the local Irish pub and a lock-in ensues.

I find it endearing when colleagues show a different side of themselves, even if it might be a little embarrassing later (obviously as long as its not harassment). Its things to look back on and laugh. Idk, it also depends on the work culture. I've generally had positive experiences 💙💙
