So you are saying he is going to make millions of dollars while the rest of us have lost retirement money, safety net, and anything to keep ourselves afloat.

Yes, I signed up here for a mental health page and this impacts many people. I understand. This on top of other hard stuff people may already be dealing with.

I remember that movie. Yes.😵

It's scary as more families may declare bankruptcies due to his decisions.

What I want to understand is the middle class voters who are living paycheck to paycheck put trust in him. Now he is making it harder for you to make a living, pay for anything, and you may get laid off.

My father is a veteran, but he said those don't count. Unless you die or are injured I think he said which sounded preposterous. All veterans count. Their stories, their well-being, their lives — every single one.

I had to do my taxes early in order to pay my other taxes. Guess which one? You don't have to. Basically get my tax break back to pay more taxes.

What a shame. Somehow he changed his tune once he started supporting Trump rather than being an independent.

It took years to build back what was lost during COVID and then this person comes along and steals it again. I give up.😈

WE are living a horror movie right now.

Yes, but unfortunately I have seen its demise in many ways. But that does not mean one cannot continue to be an empath and direct it toward good.👍

I have a rescue cat, and he is the best. I get it. They are sweet family members.

I totally understand.

My first step was reaching out to a psychiatrist—even though, in one of my YouTube interviews with a clinical psychologist, they mentioned that’s not the usual first step. But for me, it was. I didn’t have a clear path, and it wasn’t easy—but I started somewhere.😕

🧡When we shame what’s real, we make people feel even worse. The struggle was overwhelming, but the hardest part? Recovering from that moment. If you can imagine, that’s where the real battle began.

Think about your personal work stressors and how you can address them and improve in order to make it easier to work and increase productivity. Here is the e-book link: www.amazon.com/Seven-Habits...

What improvements would you want to see, or what assistance do you require to be a better employee, such as more training or a new set of tasks? Be open to your supervisor's recommendations and work to find a win-win solution.

🌻Set up a meeting with your supervisor if you are unhappy with your overall workload or responsibilities. 🌻Set boundaries by giving solutions rather than merely complaining.

🌻Communicate politely with your coworker who may be continually disrupting your work flow with music, phone calls, or other distractions that make it difficult for you to focus. If it doesn't work, try changing your workspace or working hours to avoid this individual.

🌻Here are a few examples of professional workplace communication to help you maintain your mental health. 🌻Learn to be good with saying no to more tasks or duties when you are already overburdened.

🌻“Whether you work remotely or on-site, striking a good balance with your coworkers or supervisor is critical to your mental health and well-being. Dealing with unpleasant or demanding managers and coworkers who do not respect your space or you as a person will make your job more difficult.”

Thank you Stuart! I am new here and probably like you moved from X, although I am keeping it for awhile. I'm deciding how long.😱

This is for the people who have hit obstacles, made changes, or currently thinking it is necessary. 💛🌻💛

The point is you may know or have seen these type of people, but I bet the majority of us are not like this and we can start again in a certain area or make changes. All of our lives don't move in a straight line decade after decade, even if you have seen these types (yes I have).

I get it, but unfortunately some people will not get it ever. Keep going.👍

Why text or call them, when you may receive the cold shoulder again? It's toxic to you and not to them. They showed who they chose to be and that was not good. You can't be the kind person again. You have already done this. 🧡💛

We tend to have shallow breaths, and forget to deep breathe in order to calm the body and mind before doing anything else. Check out the video here: youtube.com/watch?v=kgvC...

They may not be paying attention or care if certain programs have the potential of reduction, including medical research. It’s not always intentional, people just don’t think about struggles they haven’t lived. But empathy means caring before it’s your reality.🌻
