📝 Other things; McGinn gets the plaudits for scoring but Gauld looked sharp when he came on. Felt frustrated for Conway. Was really up against it & managed a lot of pressing but the majority of it was without team mates behind him. Midfield 3 of Gilmour, McTominay & McLean didn’t really work.

Feels hugely strange to be coming away from Hampden genuinely excited about the performance of a young, attacking Scottish player. Doak looks like he could be a fucking baller. Confidence grew in the second half & he had Gvardiol backpedaling plenty times.
