OK, can we jump forward to "enforcement"? How are these judgments/rulings enforced? It/so much rides one how they are (ultimately) enforced. How is that done? Otherwise, this all seems wasted effort.

So, phone with security codes, passwords, maybe meetings on the calendar, etc.

Twelve weeks, folks. Twelve weeks in.

Okay. Sec. Rubio, is that a feature? Or is that a bug?

I'm not saying this, patting myself on the back for being prescient (I'm not) or anything, but I was saying this a year ago or more. People don't need to come to this country - the USA. We've told them (even before all this) that they are not welcome here. We are choking off our lifeblood. UFB?

I'm trying to be sensitive here, but these kinds of comments drive my BS crazy. The administration is not asking. They (clearly) don't give a flying F. So, given that, what does "barring" them look like? Not really a rhetorical question at this point.

Thanks. But no thanks. I bought some the other day only to come home and find that I had three more unopened in the cabinet.

I may have to watch one or another Star Trek movie this weekend. Which one is this from? Or what series?

Perhaps time for me to read that book again.

I hate phrasing it this way but, "I was today years old" before I really thought about it in that specific context. I was thinking material costs and how that will cause inflation. Hadn't really thought about the ripple effect of labor cost. I feel naive. Perhaps (more) coffee will help.

I want to know how justice (commensurate with the personal, physical and financial damage done) will ultimately be served on this bunch of thieves. I want people with long memories and patience.

I want to go through my day and at some point think, "oh, that's right. We have a federal government."

Sure, it's big and everything. But can you imagine having to clean all the bathrooms before guests arrive? No thank you.

Rhetorical question only in that I'm not looking for an actual number but how many of these "we heard your order to do this, and we're not going to do it" things do we have to witness before the whole situation gets ratcheted up to the next level?

I will not say, "Sucks to be you." Because, that would be heartless and insensitive.

This strikes me as part of a nutritious breakfast (or morning snack, lunch or afternoon snack... or all four).

Had to ask my device for definition of "liminal". And, yes. It is.

Nope. I just see your posts and I think to try something new. I can get kind of in a rut on my Alexa device. From you, Julie London, Dire Straits. 👍 I don't know the group but Cantaloupe Flip Fantasia brings up some good stuff. For me, Yard Act. A different vibe.

I'm guessing "pretty high". Which could also apply to Hegseth then.

I loved traveling this way. Everything I needed to clothe myself and make a living were in two bags or on my person. It was liberating. I'd hate for it to happen but, I often thought, "If I lost everything, I could/would start over here..."

This is my comment almost verbatim in nearly any conversation I have generally about voting. This is all they know.
