Situationen i Sverige är lite annorlunda. Tegnell var helt klart "dangerously unqualified". Gisslen har trots allt viss forskarkompetens. Däremot talar institutionell tröghet mot en bättre respons, eftersom FHM så effektivt spelat ned betydelsen av smittskydd.
