Monster Hunter Wilds is... fine. The game has some very annoying foibles holding it down. It has an okay story, but it dominates the entirety of Low Rank, taking your hand and putting you on rails. There are lots of walk & talks, and it frequently limits your ability to explore. Very obnoxious.
