I'm better at knitting (crochet gives me hand/wrist fatigue) but could probably tough it out for a small flower 🌸

I love this; thanks for sharing! Those are some good dogs. My Gigi takes her time going into a sit, too. "Gigi, sit. Sit. Sit. Please sit. Sit please..." etc lol <3

Thank you -- I have a little area in my closet for hand washables but I'm so frantic sometimes that I don't pay attention. I think the little piece of yarn idea is awesome!

Ravelry is great. I don't often knit the same thing more than once, but I made 3 of the Bulky Mobius Cowls. At the bottom of the description, it gives a link to a video tutorial (which helped me tons). www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib...

I learned this style about a year ago from an Arne and Carlos video. They also show Norwegian purling and I've never looked back. It's faster and easier on my hands/wrists. I also learned Portuguese purl for when I have to do a loooong row of purl stitches.

Isn't it funny/curious how coffee/tea, knitting/crochet, reading, and gaming go together so seamlessly?

Fantastic! You have me rethinking my aversion to squares, which is no small feat

Squares...I want to go straight to roses and teapots and trees and all of the things but I understand what you mean lol...baby steps, et cetera! Thanks again for the inspiration -- your quilts are works of art and imagination fuel.

📌 I've made a note of this. Thank you so much! I think it'll be a great way to use some fabric from clothes I adore but no longer wear and aren't really ready to donate. Will definitely look up some tutorials.

Wonderful! It appears I'm a smidge behind. Maybe I'll just start collecting bits here and there and make something small like a lap quilt or pillow cover. Any recommends (tutorials, projects, methods of madness) for a beginner? (I love the word fussycutting -- I truly learn something new every day!)

This is magnificent! I never knew quilts could be like this. I mainly knit and sometimes crochet and rarely sew, but goshdarnit, this is incredibly inspiring! How would one even go about collecting all of the scraps/fabrics needed for something like this? I could look at this all day!

Thank you so much -- waiting for the download/email so I can start reading. Hoping it's going slow because so many others are also downloading.
