My plumber didn't die, he stopped piping up.
My favorite author didn't die, it's just that there are no words.
Also: I'm buying you a whole case of water, my favorite author. I somehow failed to see that you were here instead on Brand X, which isn't as good.

Horace du Wermierre might be a correct spelling?
Not to be confused with National Lampoon's Horace Wormer.

Science will be removed if it ever disagreed with the authority now undertaking an unlawful seizure of power (e.g., a coup).

Unsubscribing right this second.
This misleading diatribe is a subtle stab at the environmental issue that really does affect us, and it mixes opinion and fact while presenting both as factual.
I had hope. Fuck you, WaPo.

Also: a guy complaining about unelected officials and illegal immigrants who himself is an unelected official who got his start in this country as an illegal immigrant.

Maybe it was done under duress? Of the "I'll give you your workers back if you act the part of a sycophant as much as I do."

I could. But it's a safe bet you'd give it way more apt consideration.

Wasn't the question you quoted basically asking a question based on unchanging demographics, rather than changeable ones?
I mean... holding someone's demographics against them is almost veiled racism, if it's based on things you didn't entirely choose for yourself.

It's as safe as putting all of your retirement fund into the stock market. Or, on #6 in the 2nd race.
I also think the fact that DJT received 25% of his pre-indictment funding from the Chinese government, by selling out our tech interests to them.

I believe yes.
And perhaps it's the same as this one.

I have been doing this for a few months, trying to come up with nonvisual sensory descriptions for my photos, as a writing exercise.
I would always appreciate feedback if anyone has suggestions for improvement. As a sighted person, there are things I will never directly know.

Answer: Fear of Donald J. Trump's victory, and his outright promise to use the military against civilians who disagree with him.

Funny thing about polarization ... it's harder to get past when leadership actively seeks it on one side (never mind both).

I mean ... chickenshit is chickenshit. Being first in the line of fire isn't wise. And definitely not having a spine. But picking the winning horse in WaPo's home town when the stats are this close? That could potentially be suicide, if Trump were to call out military against his foes.

For my money, DFW is on par with ATL. It's a toss-up which is worse, since they're both terrible in different ways.
MCI (Kansas City) and JFK (NYC) are vastly different in layout, size, attitude, and volume, yet have almost the same issue with connecting flights.
SLC is 3km (>1 mi) flight to door.

As much as I hate to say it, more so than the Jews outside of Israel in the past 6 months.
Seriously, how terrible is that?
Israel is not all Jews in the world. Hamas is not Palestine. LGBTQ+ isn't terrorism.
And yet everyone against any one of those pushes those kinds of narratives.
It's awful.

Seriously, the GOP's entire tactic seems to be everything they are vocally against.
Such a lack of integrity should be a loud alarm bell for any conservative. And yet many claim "faith" to justify turning a blind eye to evil.

Thus, an admission that this is projection of self-hatred.
