If surveys were the solution we'd all make 10/10 games with no negative reviews whatsoever. And if listening to players blindly was the solution, we'd all be doing that to tremendous results - but the most popular games out there are almost all known for tense dynamics between players and devs.

This is excellent advice; some days I can do a bit more, most day is just a little. And that has to be better than "did nothing because I can't do all" any day of the week.

Please add alt-text when sharing images so that blind and low-vision people aren't left out of the conversation. A brief description for context and copy/paste work for text, or check the guide below. Checking the "reminder to add alt-text" box in your accessibility settings helps a lot! Thank you.

Last time I ignore that part, and...yeah, will listen now. Big glasses, small face, who cares so long as I can see.
(I need to go take advantage of my insurance coverage for glasses myself, before they take that away too.)

YES.
It's all rhetorical, a debate club.
A lot of, "we lived through Trump I", and like, millions didn't and millions more won't, why don't those people matter here? (let alone the millions more suffering short of death, immediate or protracted).

I lied:
A reason to break the government is to convince the public that privatization will "save" those services--when in fact, it would just cost you more and be worse.
THAT's the point lost without context.

The "point" is never the pithy one-liner/headline; without the context, all we have is easily manipulated mobs.

Another one: MSM, well-paid political analysts, and a baffling percentage of elected Democrats, will at best say, "they want to steal your social security!" but don't address why firing vast numbers of SSA staffers is creating problems where none existed:

Feeling this in my soul.
(this whole thread 👇🏽 was born of this--I like social media, but the context collapse in it... ::endless scream goes here:: )

Asking that kind of question to my family usually resulted in, "it was different because (reason it was not, in fact, different)" at best, and "that never happened" at worst.

If you can, I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide. I have set a goal on Kofi for $2000, which isn't enough to cover my expenses, but should help keep me afloat at least through next month.
Anything is appreciated
