I remember eating dinner at like 8pm as a kid. With my daughters (ages 7 & 10), they’d be accusing me of starving them if dinner wasn’t on the table by 630 at the latest. Having kids has definitely turned me into an early 6-630pm dinner guy. I have to force myself in bed by 10pm so I don’t snack
