Fantastic speech, but let's not forget King George VI and Winston Churchill also had speech impediments! I like to think it is a democratic boon overall!

Have you ever seen the movie "Looking for Alibrandi"? There's a scene where the main character does just that to a nasty, racist girl, and it's so damn satisfying!

You love to see it!

This tripe can be disproven instantly with a 10 second google search! How and why TF do so many people believe this man? Sympathies to all sane Americans out there having this guy for a president again.

My dad got a special edition collection of Monty Python. It came with a Black knight doll with detachable limbs.

Oh, worry not. I'm sure Americans will know the meme all too well over the next 4 years. Like how the meme 'Karen' went viral during Covid when we all felt like they were suddenly everywhere.

I wouldn't care if they were a frigging unicorn! (And if they were.... I'm not saying that I would go all cursed life savage devouring their blood like Voldemort did but that would be a sure fire way to go out!)

I'm sure they appreciate that. They all now know that you might only speak small and simple words.

Operation Moonfall was the real winner. I never got past Ikana on my n64 as a kid (too scardy), so I was delighted to get it on 3ds and actually finish it this time!

I cleaned mine up recently. Now there is only one: Space Marine 2. Saving up for a better pc for that one!

I'm one of the 160,900! Never had a twitter though and sure as hell didn't want one after the Muskrat purchase. I saw right through that man!

First PC game was "Mixed up Mother Goose" where you had to help out the nursery rhyme village by finding the misplaced things. First console was Mario Kart 64.

And then, when you do find some time to tackle a bit of the backlog, your disc is full! Then you're there grumbling as you start making space (or just give up and go back to what you were playing before)

I'm not seeing much art. But then, this account is just over 24 hours old. Hopefully, I'll see more as my algorithm improves. Seeing some killer photography though!

That happened a lot when we played Mario Party. Star theft always ended in violence

More laziness than anything else, I would say. I read the first sentence and was like: "Oh, not this again" but kept reading and realised, "Oh. Is jokes! I get it."

Exactly. You cut toxic people out of your life frequently to improve your own well-being. It is amusing to see X trolls lose their minds over learned life philosophies.

Maga on X: "OMG! Bluesky a liberal echo chamber" Me on Bluesky: OMG! All of the adorable cat loafs and not enough time to like them all! I guess we have other priorities for taking up our free time.

Do you remember when American media actually brought attention to social discrepancies? Me neither. It sounds so very cliché but it's true. Mainstream media has SO much to answer for

While I do agree on the argument, stating they should "grow up" after beating them with popcorn bags feels a bit ironic. I WILL join in the popcorn bag attack, but I'll be immature AF doin it!
