I'm starting to think all conservatives are fake conservatives. What are they conserving? Not the rule of law, not the environment, not our institutions, not fair elections, not decency, not our economy, not women's rights, and not our leadership of the free world.

Once you've done all these steps the only clear direction from there is to go over your list of species and members and slowly add new members one by one overtime
It's not going to be perfect far from it but it's the journey not the destination

The way I see it is you will suffer the process but never regret it once finished. I wrote a book. It was hell but I'm proud of it.

But that in and out of itself is the rewarding factor of it too. As you practice you'll learn shortcuts and short handles that are unique to yourself or from people you learn from and applying what you learned and seeing get better day by day is an amazing feeling.
