There’s so many things that would have ruined anyone else but his supporters ignore, dismiss, project, etc. A video would be dismissed as AI these days.

That’s why he’s constantly flip flopping and every thing he does results in chaos.

“However, she said those who fail to register may be fined up to US$5,000, detained for up to six months, or both.”
The lawyer goes on to say I don’t think that’s going to happen… but there’s a lot of things happening that people didn’t think would happen.

Ha ha. My oldest daughter was so pissed when I made the mistake of telling her there were no dragons. She was like 12.

My poor teenager! Spring ahead needs to be abolished. Back to getting up in the dark again after it just started being light in the morning.

The Boy in the Canvas dealt with abuse and neglect and religious institutions in a thoughtful way with some magic like elements.

Oops. Thanks for pointing it out. The Novella Something Sweet was a fun bit that reminded me of HP Lovecraft a bit. The Orchid Room was a supernatural thriller that had a strong female protagonist.

GOP and right leaning judges consistently seem to vote against public interest.

Oligarchy and communism are different beasts. America seems to be an oligarchy now ruled by those with massive wealth who want more, communism the means of production is owned by the people

Well, I haven’t bought anything American since he started his executive order rampage, and bullying allies so if people stay focused it will cause some pain, but my intent is the message not the pain but I guess the pain and the message go hand in hand.

I’m not interested in inflicting pain on America but I sure as hell don’t want to follow their lead and will not be voting for the party who supports like minded individuals here in Canada.

Great interview! Continue subverting literary conventions, making art for art’s sake, and enjoying great deserts!

I read an opinion piece a while back that suggested giving the GOP enough rope to hang themselves then stand back and watch them implode. Maybe that’s the right strategy to start.

The op said no one noticed but like you a lot of people saw what was happening, spoke up, but seemed powerless to stop this slow moving tragedy. It’s like the titanic unable to avoid the iceberg because of inertia.

Over thinking can definitely be a thing. For some there’s not enough thinking and too much reliance on the “gut”. You know what Socrates said about it.
