This is how it’s done.

A number of federal agencies, from HHS to the USDA, have laid off employees only to rescind those terminations days later. An expert says it "suggests something about mismanagement of government."

Unless people face facts and do better, catastrophe is coming. We can fix this. There is hope. It won't be easy.

Fun fact: Today is my 666th day on Bluesky. I've been having a devilishly good time since I've been here. To celebrate this sinister accomplishment, I have made a donation to Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Here's to the next 666 days! www.au.org

As of this morning: Over 206,000 children have benefitted from our nation-leading Child Tax Credit, with nearly $270 million going into the pockets of hardworking Minnesotans.   Let’s keep it going!

As a species, Kinda baboons challenge assumptions about power dynamics and male-female relationships in primates. In today’s episode, a primatologist joins us to explore an age-old question based on her research on baboons. Listen here 🎧: https://buff.ly/3CUFMUY

The Peace Plan: Get the fuck out of our country. #StandWithUkraine

I did an event in IN a few weeks ago where I said that on 1/6/21 Mike Pence saved the country (for now) by being one of very very few who stood by his principles under maximum threat.

I’ve met with President Zelenskyy and members of his government. They are strong, honorable allies. Minnesota stands with the people of Ukraine as they fight to defend freedom and democracy. www.politico.com/news/2025/02...

Thank you to @maddow.msnbc.com for promoting @bsky.app on air and complimenting it. Her on air support is truly important

It was an honor to sign the guest book in the home of Anne Frank. I was here as a younger man and thought about her life as a dark chapter of history. Today, I can’t help but think of her story as one of caution. Our world is fragile, and it’s incumbent on us not to break it.

President Zelenskyy has been one of the greatest leaders of our time, guiding Ukraine through the darkest period of its recent history, rising up to Russia’s unwarranted aggression, being an inspiration to the Ukrainian people and ensuring that Ukraine’s voice is heard on the world stage.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is working to reverse the “accidental” firing of several employees responding to an avian influenza outbreak. While the CDC says the public risk is low, the crisis is hitting the agriculture sector hard, driving egg prices to record highs.

This is a concentration camp. They are describing a concentration camp.

Senators Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Joni Ernst, etc: You’ve seen Hegseth, RFK Jr, and others give worthless assurances. You’re now seeing the US appease Putin, and DOJ guardrails crumble. Are you going to let Kash Patel use the FBI against his enemies list and further destroy the rule of law?

They were never going to lower prices. They never cared about egg prices. It's the same lie as CRT. They want us chasing their bullshit while the real mission is to disassemble the government so the rich can get richer. They are on a mission to destroy it all. It's beyond a coup.

Resisting comes in all forms. Here is a very creative one starting to pop up.

I’m George Takei and I approve of this message.

Less than a month since a crash that took 67 lives, Trump is firing hundreds of federal employees who inspect and maintain air traffic control communications, radio and computer systems.  This is extremely dangerous and could have deadly consequences. www.cnn.com/2025/02/16/p...

Where you at Dems ? You fighting to get them far better severance or going to ignore them, and all others in similar circumstances?
