This is definitely true. Our codes in Maine require an external blanket on these units they don't make the panels thick enough without a custom order.

I am working on a prefab import company, they're basically steel cubes with steel insulated panel walls. They have different risk factors, rust, namely. But you can get really great modern structures for shockingly little money. It is a matter of time before they break into our market.

It's true. Especially in this climate there's a propensity to be short with people. When you see staff and leaders who show empathy in their communications to their peers and subordinates that's something I pay attention to.

When I would run online communities I used to think that fewer rules were better, and you have to have some version of that rule. It leaves you more freedom to just eject people with bad vibes.

That's honestly the main reason to do it. You can fund a lot of programs on their own merits without taxation.
