Moving here away from hostile X and it's rampant censorship. I wanted to just read fluff however kept seeing injustice and bots. Interested in just about everything. Be kind. I can be patient when bored.

Thank you for doing this. I also had questions about certain votes and now understand your reasoning. Thank you. Do you think it would be helpful to/or do you transcribe these events? Someone suggested that congress show up to the state-of-the-union and then slowly one-by-one walk out during it.

I kind of wish you were going, then plan to slowly all walk out so that there is a steady stream of people leaving. Someone else on bluesky suggested that I and just emailed my rep to suggest that they do that.

The key word is "unclassified", we cannot skip that part.

Yeah, happened to me and I hadn't even posted anything on the subject or anything tangential to it.

This is just privatization of weather reporting and control over information about climate change. The Weather Channel for years has sought to be the sole source.

Precisely, they should have been arrested upon entering the building. Undoing the damage they've done is a matter of weeks worth of work at this point, should move as quickly as possible on this.

Some states just need to recall their congress people to shift things.

This is bullshit fluff intended to insight despair. Undoing the damage that has been done to the Treasury is a matter of weeks of work.

From my personal experience federal buildings with that level of security would have arrested and/or shot anyone who tried to enter. I've known soldiers shoot printers that started printing when a person without a clearance walked by them to stop them,.

They still soft balled it: "May"

Doesn't matter, they've sworn and oath to support the constitution and it's already been made clear they would be violating that by failing to do their duty.

I tried to contact the Colorado ACLU however their voice response implied that they would not be taking on a case of this nature. I've seen others syaing their states ACLU successfully however no follow up. The other suggestion was the state AG for the state you live in, NY and Letita James (sp?)

house.gov or senate.gov locate your congress person and use the contact link.

Look at Crypto ETH - Apparently a certain family did a major investment right after it fell and appears to have gone back up around 30 percent.

The problem with impeachment is that the consequence is just removal from office. He needs to be jailed for his crimes.

President Trump's tariffs will hurt every level of our economy. If you're worried about paying more and getting less, call the White House and let President Trump know. Call 202-456-1111 or 202-456-1414. Answer: Mexico

Not at all, it lives through the voice of the people, it is up to us to ensure it is enforced. The founding fathers noted that, I suggest now is a good time to read it again.

Precisely, by resigning you give up any right to recourse or redress. Make them fire you, and make sure you take note of the cause.

I haven't been able to confirm however this may be under the oversight of the national archive which means it's vulnerable. You did see that he plans to replace the archivist, announced today.
comment in response to post
That's true of any position, never resign as that absolves them of any obligation to assist you.

Small adjustment. The supreme court made it an admission of guilt if you remain silent, instead say "I'm not going to discuss this you without my lawyer being present".

Seems like a bit of an overreaction. Perhaps lose some shame?

I'll disagree it's a drug, we don't need Pharma to get their hands on it to monetize it. However you're correct It's not a vitamin.

His statement was he was going to pardon them tonight.

He stated he needed 2 trillion for the launch. That's why he has his eye on social security.

Precisely, he cannot do that however he's already acting like a dictator.

Well from my perspective this is murder on their part and should be adjudicated as such. Need to keep fighting.
comment in response to post
Not at all. It's a travesty. And the miscarriage of justice. Portions of the law are in place we need to figure out how to get them enforced.
comment in response to post
I for the most part agree I just have a doubt if it might be useful to see if he becomes a dictator that day or the day after. It's probably something we should know. If she's not rounded up hopefully Rachel can tell us.

Oh I know- they say the last 4 years were the worst- I ask why bc they were out buying and spending each Christmas and buying BIG so- just saying..

Actually has she clarified the archivist failing to include it does not mean that it isn't part of the Constitution. Need to find out why the archivist is not doing their job as they are required to, within a month of it happening as required by US federal law.
comment in response to post
Well for what it's worth in the US codes title 1 which is regarding all federal laws in the United States it has the declaration that "words importing the masculine gender include the feminine gender as well".

As they say in Italy: not approved. Actually I guess in Rome they have capitulated to an extent. Your $6 pizza can have pineapple added to it for an additional $18. 😁 Buon apetito

Unfortunately that's how they can squeak by, I can only watch about 5 minutes of the lies but know that I have to do as to be able to address them. Sorry it's so hard to watch and possibly be triggered

Can we start referring to these people as troglodytes? No offense to troglodytes.

Except that there are extra fees for the API access. Their message window fee is pretty bogus, they need to come up with some other way. Has it stands right now you can't even complete one thing within your message window on the pro plan.
