Gen 2 was super fun for me because of the unknown puzzles but Gen 3 truly was my favorite games of the entire series.

3. Chewing gum (flavor didn’t matter) during times where that particular subject was very important for me to remember, chewing that same flavor gum will help with memory recall

Struggled with ADHD growing up but didn’t want to be put on adderall because of its addictive nature; things that worked very well for me were:
1. Making sure I showered in the morning to help me be more alert
2. Making sure I had a solid breakfast with caffeine (eggs, waffles, and coffee)
