Road construction downtown means I've been driving by the library leaving the city core, and I love seeing this giant statue on the corner of the building. It really looks great in the evening light!

Tried practicing a bit of photography at the zoo today - I struggled with exposures a bit more than usual for some reason but I got some nice shots! These were all taken on a Pentax KP with a 55-300 and a 1.4x converter, and pulled straight from the camera (no processing).
