Oh well not bad, a Disneyland hotel for 60$. I thought it would be more expensive than that. But that is still in a reasonable range. I must confess that since we always hear about crazy student debt or medical bills in US that I thought stupidly a ticket to prom would be over 150$ or something. 😅

How expensive are the tickets usually? We have an entry fee like 3 to 5 euros and then people pay for their drinks, students organizing usually sell consumption for a extra profit to fund the school trips of the last year of secondary school.
We pay for outfit but usually it's a suit so reusable

What if all states turns sarcastically into red states \o/ yeay equity for all, (or into blue states too by that logic)
Don't the states complain about this? this is why for example we have stress between Flander and Wallonia in Belgium, or Catalunya vs the rest of Spain (simplifying a lot here)

I'm from Belgium, we pay tons of taxes, not everything is perfect but at least I only had to pay 30eur out of my 1100eur medical bill.
I also wonder how does it work if you have a city that generates more fed incomes than others. Do they get back proportional fed funding?

This is fine, I'm sure they are giving back their profit to the community. No need to tax them more or regulate them.

I'm from Belgium and I absolutely don't understand US deal with healthcare. We had a small intervention at the hospital and it cost us 1100eur. But we only had to pay 30eur thanks to the social health security system.

Hi there! Another question from non American. Where does federal funding come from? I mean it's not a gift from nowhere, is it not through individual income tax? Meaning that citizens have paid for these infrastructure no?

Genuine question from European dude here, why do you have to pay for prom? Isn't it organized by the school and for students?

Hard to check for sure but it would be over optimistic to think otherwise. it does not always operate at state level and opportunists will always try to circumvent sanctions. At worsy what we give for peace must surpass what we give for war. I do not feel yet we are making sacrifices for peace yet

Yes but 140b in 2022... :( As a European I am angered by it. Now this is our shit to deal with and as nothing to do with the US.
The amount of what we do for others should not be measured based on what someone else gives but what the victim needs.
In the meantime I hope we do better as Europeans

That this is also if not even more reality. And I am pretty sure that if people took more time to relax, pet their dog, cat, snake, rock... breathe a bit and not just react. We would live in a less stressed world overall :D your dog looks adorable.

Those endorphins are kicking hard :D
Your dog is probably in such a moment of comfort and security that it can just appreciate, lie down and chill almost for ever. If I wasn't so stress about anything around, I too would probably stay on my back for 45 min. Now if we add the belly rub... 😶
