Tariffs on Canada, a developed country which has chosen to trade primarily with the US, may cause it to reconsider.
The premier of Sask is already pushing to lift Canadian tariffs on Chinese cars. If trump is going to kneecap its auto industry, why not?

As far as I can tell, speed limits are not enforced at all within the city of Vancouver and are treated as no more than suggestions by drivers.
