In the Netherlands a lot are company cars. Have to be electric and within a certain pricerange. So choice is limited and economic argument usually wins it over the ethical in NL.
I fear a lot is also due to new models coming in a few months. So the real test is end Q2.

It is not just his tariffs. European investors like pensionfunds have invested heavily in the USA.
Due to Trumps betrayal those investments are reconsidered (withdrawn). Slowlt but surely to prevent a panic. So i would expect an ongoing slow descend of stockvalue. The bottom is not near yet.

Very true. We have a lot of expats in the Netherlands and English is very commonly practised. It is also perceived as not polite to speak Dutch in social gatherings when there is a nonnative speaker.
In public: It is not uncommon in a restaurant or pub to have a waitor only able to speak english.

Also read an article of George Barros of ISW stating that Russia is going for broke. So pushing Ukraine now on a deal with Russia would help Putin and be a very bad deal. Kerp this up for 8 to 24months and Russia will be through al its reserves and Ukraine can get a better deal.
