Criminals don't follow laws. Murder is illegal. Shooting a person is illegal. You need to address the root cause not the tools. Dwi kills 1000 per year. Cars, buses, trains and airplanes are not seen as the issue.

1. What i said is true. Its not legal to have a 3d printed gun. 2. You want to reform health care? I agree. Murder isn't it. Do you know that CMS mandates systems to stop fraud waste and abuse? Which is the denials? But they don't offer guidelines?

I live in NY. They absolutely are receiving resources and money that our own citizens are not. There's not infinite money. When all us citizens are raised out of poverty then you can divert to other countries citizens.
