Measles 👏🏼 are 👏🏼 preventable 👏🏼 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️ and so is mumps and rubella. There was a mumps outbreak 30 minutes from where I live with a middle schooler. Vaccinate your children!

People are so ignorant 🙄 I’m going to be honest, languages are not my forte but I have been trying my hardest to learn Spanish so I can actually have a conversation with someone. After living overseas I was embarrassed I only knew English when my Italian friends could speak 2-3 different languages.

It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation. I can’t imagine someone not outgrowing that, but apparently it happens quite a lot!
